Privacy and imprint
In short: we only process the data you enter in the forms, and only to reply to you. We don't track, we don't profile and we don't send spam.
1. The data controller
The data controller is Brauniq Solution Kft. (hereinafter “Brauniq”). Our contact details: info@brauniq.com, phone: +36 70 885 5808. Data is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Hungarian Privacy Act (Infotv., Act CXII of 2011).
2. What data do we process and why?
In the website's two forms (contact, and submitting an automation idea) you can provide the following data: name, email address, company name, message (or a description of the task to automate). We use this data solely to reply to your enquiry and to make you an offer. That is the purpose of the processing. Providing the data is voluntary and not a statutory or contractual requirement, but without the required fields (name, email address and message for the contact form; the task description and email address for the automation idea) the form cannot be sent and we cannot reply.
3. Legal basis, and what we don't use the data for
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract). We don't send newsletters, we don't use your data for marketing, and we don't pass it on to third parties for sales purposes. To protect the forms, we process the sender's IP address under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest is to filter out mass, automated submissions. For this purpose the IP address is kept only in the server's memory to count the submissions of the last 10 minutes, and it is erased at the latest when the server restarts. We make no automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we do not profile you.
4. How long do we keep the data?
We keep enquiry data until the matter is closed, but for no longer than 1 year from submission, unless a contract is concluded in the meantime. In that case, the contractual and accounting retention rules apply.
5. Data processors
We use the following data processors to run the website and the forms: the website is hosted by Contabo GmbH (Munich, Germany, within the EU), and incoming messages are forwarded by email via Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA). Resend works under a data processing agreement, with safeguards under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The forms are protected against bots by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA, EU-US Data Privacy Framework) Turnstile, which processes your IP address and browser signals on the basis of legitimate interest and sets no tracking cookies.
6. Cookies
The website does not use tracking cookies and does not run analytics or advertising scripts. Analytics or marketing storage could only start with your consent.
7. Local storage
We only store entries the site strictly needs to work in your browser, listed in the table below; none of them contains personal data.

8. The cookie banner and your choice
On your first visit a banner tells you about this, where you can accept or reject cookies with two equal buttons. You can change your decision at any time with the Cookie settings button in the footer.
9. The 3D animation on the home page
The 3D background animation on the home page is loaded from the servers of Spline (Spline, Inc., USA, spline.design), so when you open the home page your browser's IP address reaches them; Spline does not store cookies or other entries in your browser. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in displaying the animated home page.
10. Your rights
You can at any time request information about how your data is processed, and request its rectification, erasure or the restriction of processing, request that we provide the data you gave us in a machine-readable format or transmit it to another controller (data portability), and object to the processing: write to info@brauniq.com and we will reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest.
11. Complaints and remedies
You can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., naih.hu), or go to court.
