What's worth knowing up front
How much does a custom AI system cost?
The scope decides, so we don't quote a number without an assessment. The price depends on the scope, and a system covering several processes is a larger investment. The first consultation and the quote are always free, and after the assessment we give you a fixed price.
How long until it's live?
Usually weeks, not months. The exact timeline depends on how complex the process is. We like to start small: first we automate one narrow, measurable part of the process, and once it has proved itself, we expand from there.
Will it fit our current software?
For us that's a basic requirement, not an extra. We build the system around your existing invoicing tool, CRM, webshop or even your Excel sheets, through an API or another connection. If there's no ready-made connector for something, we write one.
Where do the models run, and what happens to our data?
Wherever you decide. For sensitive data we deploy a private model on your own server, so the data never leaves your environment. On every project we work in a GDPR-compliant way, with logged access.
