From invoice to report, with fewer manual errors

AI for accounting

AI for accounting reads incoming invoices, categorises them, suggests ledger entries and produces reports. We build it for SMBs where entering invoices by hand eats up the time.

AI for accounting
What you get

Not a partial job, a working system

Typing in incoming invoices by hand is slow, repetitive and error-prone exactly where mistakes cost the most. We build an AI system that reads invoices, suggests bookkeeping entries and keeps an up-to-date report in front of you. We've worked for Hungarian businesses since 2014.

  • Invoice OCR and data extraction
  • Automatic entry categorisation
  • VAT and NAV (Hungarian Tax Authority) deadline tracking
  • Real-time financial reports
Why it pays off

What we do differently

01

Zero manual data entry

The AI reads supplier, amount, VAT and due date from incoming invoices and suggests a ready bookkeeping entry. Nobody types or copies into Excel.

02

Fewer errors, less rework

A mistyped amount, a duplicate invoice, the wrong VAT rate: the system flags it where it happens, not the day before the return is due.

03

Deadlines you don't track

VAT returns, NAV (Hungarian tax authority) deadlines, payment due dates: the system tracks them and warns you in time.

04

Reports today, not at month end

You see where the money goes and your real cost structure at any time, without waiting for the monthly close.

The process

How we work together

  1. Assessment

We map your processes and find where your business loses the most time and money. We don't build blind: every decision rests on data.

  2. Planning

We design a specific solution with measurable goals and a clear timeline. You know up front what you get, at what cost and by when.

  3. Development

We build the system and adapt it to your own processes. We work in short cycles, so you see progress all along.

  4. Operation and support

We take the system live, train your team, and then operate and support it.

FAQ

What's worth knowing up front

How much does it cost to introduce AI for accounting?

The exact price depends on how complex your processes are, but as a rough guide, a focused project starts from a few hundred thousand HUF. After the needs assessment we give you a fixed-price quote, so there's no open-ended hourly rate and no surprises. If something isn't worth building, we tell you up front.

How long until it actually works?

A well-defined first phase, such as processing incoming invoices, usually takes weeks, not months. Before go-live the system runs in parallel with your current process, and we only step back once it has proved accurate. Then we expand step by step.

Does it work with our current accounting software and invoicing tool?

We build the system around your existing tools, so you don't need to switch software. It connects to your accounting software, your invoicing tool and your NAV Online Számla data (the tax authority's online invoice reporting system). Where there's no API, we use a structured export and import.

Is our financial data safe?

Yes, that's our starting point. Your data is never used to train public models, processing runs with access control and logging, and data handling is GDPR-compliant and based in the EU. Before rollout we put in writing what is stored where and who can access it.

Let's talk about how it would work for you.

The first assessment is free. We go through your processes and tell you where to start, with no obligation.
