How long does it take to go live?
A well-defined task, such as processing incoming invoices, usually runs live within a few weeks. We start with one narrow area and only expand once it has proved itself.
Will it fit our existing systems?
Yes, that's a basic requirement for us. We send the extracted data to where you work: your accounting software, CRM, ERP or even a shared spreadsheet. You don't have to move to new software, we build into your existing process.
Are our sensitive documents safe?
Your documents go into a separate knowledge base of your own, and we don't train any public model on them. If needed, we work with EU servers and access control. We handle GDPR compliance at the design stage, not afterwards.
